I've lived here since the end of 2004, and am happy. The managers have changed and Rene (the current manager) is the best. She is a "Get'er done" manager. If you have a problem, she's on top of it like RIGHT NOW & she doesn't put up with B.S. There was a mistaken decision to move in some new tennants next to me, who were really bad, but when the complaints started, she jumped right in & put a stop to it immediately. This is the kind of person you need running a place!! She cares about the quality of life of her tennants and I think deserves a raise! This is a nice & quiet place, great landscaping, and close to everything!

O.K., the downside: Nothing is perfect. These are terrific apts. for one person, but they're a bit small. Very clean, but small. I have never seen a bug here unless it flew in from outside. I wish the modern amenities were included in the apts. like a dishwasher, & double sinks, & bigger kitchens. That's about the only downside I see. The neighbors are great, (well, just if they could find a way to get rid of the ones next to me. There's always a bad apple in the bunch) the atmosphere is great, and The manager is great. For anyone who is looking for a lower priced, clean, quiet, relaxing place where the management cares, this is the place! I've reviewed the so-called "upscale" apts. across the street, and have seen some vicious things about that! If you want to review that, I've even included the link! I don't think I've ever seen so much hatred from a place! Just copy & paste this link & read some of the horror stories! After looking at that, I'm thanking my lucky stars that I'm living here! Hell, I'll do without a dishwasher no problem if that's the alternative!!
