I am totally appalled by rude and inaccurate response/comment that the redneck guy made. Within any apartment community you are bound to have a diversity of people. Not everyone is going to like each other. There IS NO CAT PROBLEM, we have a professional trapper that has trapped any vagrant cats. In addition, if you have a problem with Maintenance, try putting in a work order, thats what every normal resident does. And further more, if you have comment or a direct problem with someone why dont you try confronting them or informing the Site Manager. QUIT BEING A COWARD AND HIDING IN YOUR APARTMENT! I EMPLORE YOU TO ADDRESS IT WITH ME............

Wow. Did the site manager post this? I understand being offended by what the previous poster wrote, but this is completely unprofessional. The "redneck guy" is obviously a tenant that is clearly upset with certain living situations. I am really surprised that instead of trying to solve the problem, "MG" verbally attacks the tenant via website post. I'm moving to the area from Ohio soon, and I will surely cross this place off my list. Once again: Wow.

I'm the guy who wrote "nice & quiet" awhile ago, & This place still is quiet. We've switched mgrs recently, so I can't give an opinion on the new mgmt yet, but it appears they are trying to fix the sprinklers and update other things. I hear the problem isn't the management, it's the owners not allowing management to purchase & do what they need to do to make everyone happy. It's still nice & quiet here, but as of late, I've sure seen a lot of residents moving out. For now, I stand by my previous post.
