I do not think the other reviewer was talking about a man but a female. I know who that reviewer is referring to, she is very troubled, I feel great sympathy for her, but she is allowed to bother others, it seems she is crying 24/7, or screaming about alleged wrongs to her, lives in a pool of pity, and this is getting old for the rest of us. The stray cats are a problem, if you have only seen two, you are lucky. Another sad situation, as a cat lover it breaks my heart, but stray cats can carry disease, hurt our pets, and this tenant is seen trying to get them into her apt! Enough is enough. I do not think we have to move, we are not the problem.
