We lived here for 2 years in a 2B/2B apartment. The apartments themselves are nice. They are less than 5 years old so they are in good condition. We liked the floorplan and the large windows. For the price point I think it's a good deal. On the maintainence - not the brightest. We had to put in several requests to have the a/c repaired before the job was done right. The security gate has never worked since we moved in. The pool was closed for over a month this summer for repairs. The management staff has been adequate, and fair. But I would not say they go above and beyond to assist you. My biggest complaint is the demographics of the community - too many folks wearing their pants down low blasting their car audio systems on a daily basis. And the littering is unreal. Apparently the groud is their trash can. Every morning the maintainence people are collecting trash from the ground. Many of the neighbors come and go within a few months. So the neighbors are less than desirable. The pool area is very nice though, with a bbq and table area close by. Volleyball area also. We love the pool. But in the end the neighborhood riff raff makes this place a no go.

Well, I am about to move into Carolina Club today (1/7/08) and from what I saw, everything seemed to look ok. But from what I've been reading, I'm not quite sure. Then again, someone else's experience may not necessarily be my experience as well. So, we'll see!
