I moved in here in June 06 and had to break my lease in February because of a major mold problem. The apt was ok the first few months, and then I started to notice little green spots on the wall. I told the office about it and the sprayed the wall and acted like it was nothing. Within a few months I had mold covering every exterior wall in my apt. It was on my furniture, clothes, shoes, everything!!! The office continued to ignore me. I even wrote a letter to the health dept and their management company. Nothing happened! They eventually let me break my lease because I was getting sick and they were tired of me complaining. If you have mold in your apt, no one will do anything!! Do not live at Carolina Club! The apts may look nice at first because they're new, but they are cheap! The people are loud and trashy and the staff is horrible. Don't be fooled by a cheap price!!!
