I moved here a little over a year ago and was shocked to find a livable apartment for $375/month. The rent has gone up this year to $400, but I still think it?s a good deal. It is located fairly close to the railroad tracks, but I hardly notice the trains anymore and they never wake me up overnight (I?m a fairly light sleeper).



The owner/opperator of the community is in 6 days a week, he is very nice and does everything he can to help you with any problems you may have with your apt. He has one other guy that helps him with maintenance and they get things done ASAP.



The parking is a little skimpy, one spot for a one bedroom and two spots for a two bedroom, so if you have people over a lot that will be a problem.



The exteriors of the buildings are nothing to write home about. The landlord doesn?t spend much on it I guess. He has a guy come in and mow a couple times a month (the grass gets a little tall at times) and fix up the "garden" area in front of each apt. (if the renter doesn?t do it him/herself) about twice a year.



The one thing that I really love about these apts though is that they are all single story. No noisey upstairs neighbors!!!!
