The worst of the worst! Nothing gets repaired,I sat 2 weeks without a/c in heat before they did a thing, the carpet turned out to be flea-egg infested (cost me alot in vet bills and my pet almost died cause of it), the carpet is dirty, worn, shredded and stained, paint dripped & splattered all over bathroom floor from when they painted it-but never cleaned it up after, the refrigerator door had a shelf broken off it that they never replaced or even attempted to, I personally painted the cabinets in the kitchen to cover how atrocious they looked, there was NO showerhead when I went to take 1st shower there, there's NO stoppers in bathtub or kitchen sink and they said thats not their problem,it took 3 months to get a screen on bedroom window and the windowblind was never installed right so you cant even use the window or the blind keeps falling-and they havent fixed that either, there is a closet door and a door track..but the track is IN a box and hasnt been put up so the closet door is "balanced" and to get in closet i have to lift and move the door to another place manually, and that's just the interior physical part of it here....its true you dont know a place till you actually live in it...this was the WORST mistake i have ever made...I am a honest, considerate person, I pay rent early not even on time but ahead of the 1st...always..keep my place clean and I'm quiet...THIS was to say the least a NIGHTMARE....there are apparantly others that think the same here too cause I have never seen one apartment complex that has SO many vacancies that are NOT being rented.....sit empty for months....and the saddest part is....those who move in have NO idea what they are getting into here...I cant stand it..if you are/were considering here...do yourself a favor...DONT..just dont. :o(

um, I live here and I have no idea what you are talking about. It is full - no vacancies - and I have never had the problems you are describing. The apartments are all tiled - and have been for a long time. Plus, it makes no sense. If you do a walk through of your apartments before you move in - you would see any of those things and have them fixed BEFORE you move in. I have never had anything go more than 24 hours without being fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone.
