Well first glance is really nice here however; there are a number of things that renters have to give up. Because of some type of deal that the Apartment Management has made with DirecTV, you can not get other cable/Satellite providers here without paying hefty for it.

Being a lover of Bright House Networks, I was really sad when I found out I would have to return to dial up.

The Carpet in our unit was terrible! It is a cheep fluffy carpet that seems to snag on everything. This is causes the carpet to look awful unless those snags are found right away at cut off. Even after they are removed, it leaves small bald spots on the carpet.

The gates that surround the major entrances have yet to work since we moved in. There seems to be no level of security here as breaks in the walls and fences only go as far was one can see then that stop. This means that outsiders can easily gain access to the site. Due to this, a false since of security leads people in to thinking that they are safe when indeed they are not.

For the cost this is a decent place to live, the office staff and maintenance staff both work well with renters. However I would not recommend this place for long term (3 years) living.

We just moved in and the apartment looks nice. The carpet is not the best quality but it is new and even smells new. The only thing I do not like is that the locks on the door don't seem to work right. No roaches like in Caribbean Key in Orlando where roaches come with the apartment. Like the guy who commented above said, not a bad place but not a place you will want to live for more than 3 years. BTW the pool is excellent. Very clean.
