lets be honest, you move in because you can afford it. they have really stupid policy's that are really annoying. i wanted my 12year old to have his own key, and couldnt get one until i finally threw a fit in the office. i still had to wait 3weeks.(you can not duplicate these keys) you get one visitor pass so dont have more than one guest over because they will tow their car. (the apt gets a kick back for every car they tow) i even had my car towed and i live here! said they didnt see the sticker. the gates dont work and if you have a visitor they cant get in unless you go down to open the gate because it never works. they only spray the apt for bugs if you choose so your dirty neighbor who doesnt let them spray just keeps the roaches alive to come back over to your place. on the up side, the apt are really nice and if you call for something to be fixed it is done right away. not a place to live for years but to get you to your next place
