Flimsy construction, but beautiful views

The construction of the buildings at the Cove leaves a lot to be desired. There is only plywood and 2x4s separating the first from the second floors (or second from the third), so if you live on the first floor, you'll hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes. And I do mean every move.
Yet, if you have one of the water front views, and you're on the top floor, the apartments can provide strikingly beautiful views of this creek that runs into the Halifax River.
