This apartment was a great escape from the work day. The office staff were always friendly andmy maintenance requests were always answered quickly. I loved the fact that it was a rather small enclave of apartments and it was a nice walk to downtown Daytona Beach when it wasn't too hot. My apartment had a nice screened in porch that was extremely private and had a wonderful view of the water and little raccoons often played inthe trees outside my living room. The Ridgewood area was a little creepy but easily avoided. All in all a very nice, convenient place.
