Fairly nicely situated apartments, but can be noisy at times from student parties. The area is a gated community; however, the gates rarely work for any length of time, you are wasting money thinking it is a secure environment. The inside of the apartment was a typical cheaply constructed and hap-hazardly maintained unit; which had very old circa late 1980?s appliances and fixtures. Do not be deceived by management, the decor of the office and front entrance areas during your initial visit - take a hard look both early and late! Do not consider staying if you have young children - there is nothing for them except a pool and then the residents living in the pool area complain about the noise! Also, if you like listening to your neighbor's taking showers and their thumping stereos and televisions, then you'll be at home while doing your homework!
