Well, my roommates and I (ERAU students) were attracted by the special deal of one free month of rent. Leased a ground floor unit overlooking river in bldg 5.
Only problem was, trees and shrubs were so overgrown that we never saw the river view. I complained once a month after the first month about getting it taken care of. The last month of my lease they FINALLY hired a company to cut it all back around all the buildings.
Also complained once a month about pest control. Bugs in this place (since its off a canal from intercoastal waterway) were REALLY bad. The cats had alot of fun chasing things around. Only time you would get pest control was when you complained.
Appliances were old and outdated. Disposal went out on us, one of the burners on the stove didnt work.
Gated community'!' Yeah right! The gates worked 25% of the time. Mostly because idiots kept running in to it, so the management got sick of replacing it. Im sure the gate company was making money.
Otherwise everything else was OK. It was still too much money for the condition of the building and its location.
