They have been promising the gates would be repaired as soon as possible, however, they have been broken for several months now. Do not pay the rent they want for this area since it is a bad area of town without the gates working. You will not feel save especially coming home late alone. There are unsavory individuals walking through the complex at all hours because the gates are left open.
Also, we are tired of the constant party environment and slamming doors all hours of the night.
