Well where do i start. First dont move here i had a roof and window that leaked since the first Hurricane and nobody wants to fix it and there is mold and mildew everywhere.
This place is not safe there are drug dealers that live all over the place at this complex i compliend to Mangment and they told me drug dealers need a place to live to. My 12 year old son gets off the school bus and he had some drug dealer ask him if he wanted to get high he had coke weed crack heroin X what ever he wanted i told the Assistant Manger and she said i should watch my kids harder and that every body needs to make a living some how i asked them to call the cops and he said if i did i would be given a seven day becase no crime was commited. there is a goverment housing right across the street from the cove and the people that live there are always cusing trouble over here there was a shootout a few weeks ago its like living in south central LA its a bad area the rent is high and Mangment Protects drug dealers i just got out of my lease and moved to a much better area if you want my advice please dont move here
