The previous writer's statements strike me funny. I just moved here. Before I moved in, I contacted the Daytona Beach PD and South Daytona and obtained police reports for all activity called at the cove address. No armed robbery ever showed on the reports. Kinda funny . . . Across the street, thats a little different.

If you think that is "kinda funny" you must think constantly being harrassed by management and being treated like a two bit criminal is hysterical. There is crime all over this complex, and I have witnessed it first hand. You need to wake up and smell the bitter coffee this "complex manager" is feeding you. Just recently they were having construction done on the "fitness room" and apparently the "construction guys" they hired were so bad and always under the influence of drugs/alcohol that they actually fought (fist fighting) at all hours of the night. Usually over drugs and hookers. After numerous complaints by many people they were fired. However there was no compensation for time lost at work, etc for people who had no sleep for weeks! And so much for the new fitness center. I wonder whatever happened to those police reports? Hmmmmmmmm. If you can stomach this place enough to want to stay, more power to you! I am counting the days till my lease is up...last one out the gate is a rotten egg!
