The outward appearance of this complex is nice. The rest is a joke. Leaking windows, appliances a 1,000 years old, thieves. The management in this complex ONLY cares about money. You are nothing to them but a rent check. The most horrible place I have EVER lived. They will find any loophole in your lease to charge you extra when rent is due, and if you do not pay these theives what they want, they will not take your rent and say you are late...and charge you another fee! If you don't pay that they will start eviction procedings and tack on another $250 to the rent! Bugs are everywhere! Parking lot is dangerous (especially at night) there are homeless people that live right outside the gate and they don't care! Management is mean, irresponsible, greedy and heartless. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will be sorry!
