I called the office and told them about the drug dealers not even an hour later the drug dealers knocked on my door and Threntned my life how did they know i called the office well i think there are payoffs going on in the office they are protecing these people this needs to be looked into before sombody gets hurt SD Bell needs to look into the staff they have at this place before its too late

SD Bell took the easy way out, and sold the complex to a new management company. They have changed the name of the complex to "The Preserve at Rivers Edge" but they left the criminals who worked in the office here! Beware! Same place..different name! This is the worst excuse for a "home" that I have ever seen. They do not fix anything major, and even if you compalin about it for months when you go to leave...they charge you for the repairs! Look out for those "extras" they offer, lower rent for signing a year lease, etc. If by some chance you have to leave before your lease is up,or do not give a full 60 (not 30) days notice of intent to leave: they will put back the difference of the "lower rent" and apply it to the difference to the "higher rent" and backdate for one year. Then you have to pay the purge on the "back rent" before you leave! Or they will report you to the credit bureaus. Even if you paid your rent in full on time every month. This place will find a way to screw you, coming and going! Someone needs to take notice! These criminals belong in jail!
