I have lived here for over a year and have had no problems.
1. I have never seen any drug dealers on the property nor have I seen any homeless.
2. Considering there are 5 colleges in this area many students live here, regardless of this fact,this is a very quiet complex.
3. The office staff has been nothing but nice to me. I have had some things break in my apt. and it was dealt with in a timely fashion. These things happen in an older apartment building. I have found treating people with respect goes a long way.
4. I have never felt unsafe here and I come home late from work.
5. In my opinion, no one usually goes on to these sites to write complements. Unfotuately thats is the way the world is. You never here the good things always the bad!
