I am so glad to be moving. This use to be a nice place to live but now the place was sold and the new owners don't care about who pays the bills. They are now going to make everything condo so I will not be staying. And I'm sure not buying! These places are too old and noisey to pay $120,000 for. Outrageous!

The office staff use to be ok but now the only person who seemed to be concerned about the renters is gone. They fired her probably because she cared and got things done. The manager is horrible and incompetent. He's very selfish and snooty and plays favorites with some of the residents. He is money hungry, like one of the other writers said. Who does he think pays his salary'

The new owners are worse than SDBell. They are out and out liars and tell you something will get done and it doesn't. I have had many problems with water leaks, besides from the huricanes. When it rains hard, the water comes right in around my living room window. Last month, it got onto my couch and almost ruined my tv. I have had water pouring into my bathroom from the toilet in the apartment upstairs and all they did was spray paint over it. I complained twice to the new owner CJ and he just blew me off. BUYERS BEWARE! There are many things that are falling apart structurally and they will not fix them. They just want their money and their gone.

Like I said, so glad to be moving.

I agree, I had the same problems. The manager is a jerk and doesn't know how to deal with problems. He's all about the money. The new owners are just like him, incompetant. I would not live here if they GAVE me the apartment. Prospective condo buyers - they are trying to sell you poorly constructed apartments that are like 20 years old and all you have to do is look across the street to see the ghetto neighborhood. Not safe to be here. If there is a positive response to this, I bet its the manager acting like its somebody else.
