I've lived in forest lake for almost 2 years now, and have never had a problem with anything. If you put in a maintanence request for ANYTHING, they will see to it, that its fixed within 24 hours. The rent is average for this area, and actually a pretty good deal considering whats included in the rent! Highly recommend.
