I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes in the daytona area, and this one is pretty good. The staff at the leasing office is extremely nice and will definately go out of their way to help you out. Maintenance was always done within 2 business days. This is a safe place to live, and there is ample parking for everyone. As far as neighbors go, they are a little noisy, but nothing worse than what you will find at any other apartment complex.
