Not the best but far from the worst.

I have lived her for nearly 2 years now and how only a few things to complain about. I will however agree with the previous reviewer that since new management has taken over, living here has become more unbearable.

The size of the apartment is great (I have a 2bd/2bth) but the kitchen is small. The appliances are VERY old but functional. Our dishwasher broke down and the next day the maintenance brought us a brand new one. One very good thing is the maintenance guys. They are friendly, fast, and know what they are doing!

The old office personnel were great. They knew renters by name and even knew the pets of the complex. New personnel however are very cold, never seem to have the right answers and very disorganized.

The biggest problems are: ants! no matter how many times you get pest control out here, the ants come back. I was told that its because the complex is made of wood and the sprinkler water hits the wood which makes it damp - a haven for ants to thrive! The broken change machine in the laundry facility is always usually broken but thats only minor. I really wished for the price I pay to get an apartment with washer/dryer hookups but since this place is on the older side, we don't have any. The last quimm that I have are the setup of the sprinklers. They spray residual water all over the place, including walkways and your cars! This combined with the hot Florida sun means mineral deposits being left on the paint of your car which is VERY hard to get rid of! Also, the parking lot spaces are very small and dings to your cars is expected. My car got hit even due to the tight spaces and several dings. After the third ding though, I began to double park and that has seemed to solve that problem.

Overall, this is a decent place to live. Those break-ins that were previously mentioned was only isolated incidences. There haven't been problems since.

The rent has raised quite a bit and for the money I pay, I'd like to see updates to the interior. However, rent includes both cable and water/trash/sewer/pest so it's covering a lot.
