I've lived here for four years and so far so good. I have the best neighbors you can ask for - everyone here is down to earth. When something needs to be fixed, they are here the same day or the very next day. They take good care of the grounds and the place looks clean when you drive in. I was a bit nervous when I heard that a new company was taking over, but they have been great so far and are very nice. The biggest change was that my late fee went up, but I never pay my rent late so no big deal.

I checked out a few other places closer to my work, but after seeing the terrible reviews on some of the other apartments I have decided to stay right here. I've had some crappy landlords in my day, and feel that I have a pretty good thing going here.

Rent is pretty good, they don't rip you off. Apartment was very clean when I moved in. Pool is nice. No complaints, I would definitely recommend this place.
