Good value for the price. Decent rent, quiet, always a place to park. Only had to call to have something fixed twice in the last two years and they came out almost immediately. I don't know what the previous reviewer meant about the stove, because mine is almost new. This year I almost moved when my lease was up to find something cheaper - that's how I found this site - but I really like it here and it has a better pool than a lot of places I looked at. The laundry room and the whole complex is clean and I really like it here. Oh, I forgot to add that they have a seperate parking spot for my motorcycle. How cool is that'!
