This mgmt company changes the pricing on their apartments after looking over the prospective rentor. I suggest if you are planning to share the apt - each roommate go in separately & get a quote - you will be surprised! And don't 2 roommates go together because they raise the price. Nothing but money grubbers!!! And then there's the infamous "water" charge. Amazing how a family of 4 pays the same as a single person. And this is one of the noisiest places ever!!! Everyone and their friends hang right outside your bedroom windows late at night having loud conversations with each other or on their cell phones. Oh, and I hope you like getting a contact buzz bcuz you surely will when you walk past 1 of these "congregrations."
