Noise in the form of stereo/TV/video games IS a large problem here. Inadequate enforcement of rules listed in the lease by management. Horn honking and wild parties are the norm here.

The management at this complex is blatantly racist in nature. It is evident in the treatment of --------American patrons versus caucasian renters. Maintenance is rarely done unless there is a complaint. The pest problem is a persistant because the pest control they use merely comes in and leaves a card. I sincerely think the pest control agency leaves fertilizer for the pests. Also, the management enters renters apartments and invades the privacy of the rentor for reasons other than normal maintenance and pest control. Also, there is a bad bad bad drug problem at this complex. Management points its fingers at residents rather than the criminal element which rides throgh the complex throughout the day and night. One resident was even mugged on property. If you want your privacy invaded and would like to be treated as a criminal at the place where you pay rent. If you would like to be mugged where you live and then be blamed for being mugged. By all means rent from Golfview apartments.
