I must say..the older I got, the worse it got. The managers were usually pretty nice..same goes for the maintenance but they switched them out too often to tell. The area is wonderful, but the tenants can be quite shady. The only problems I really remember having was 1) the laundry room: the machines were always broken and buildings away and 2) the water bill: they didn't have individual meters so they basically split the entire building's bill between everyone(more than a HOUSE'S water bill sometimes!). Overall, it's not the worst place to live but there are definitely better places to look into. It's just too expensive for what they are offering(or lack there of).
