| I lived at Golfview for 2 years, and enojoyed my stay there. The Manager and Maintenance were very nice, and always kept up with the place. The apartments are very well maintained, and the property always looks nice. | ||||||||||||

| I must say..the older I got, the worse it got. The managers were usually pretty nice..same goes for the maintenance but they switched them out too often to tell. The area is wonderful, but the tenants can be quite shady. ... more | ||||||||||||

| Noise in the form of stereo/TV/video games IS a large problem here. Inadequate enforcement of rules listed in the lease by management. Horn honking and wild parties are the norm here. | ||||||||||||
