The price here is probably the most reasonable thing. The were never any major problems while I was living here, but the office staff is very neglectful and seems to care very little about their residents. The manager is very hatefull and badly suited for her job as she's not very good with people. Parking was probably the best thing, I never had to worry about not having a spot. Balconies are tiny and nearly useless, don't live here if you plan to actually use yours for anything. Overall though, not a bad place to live.
