As a resident for nearly 6 years, I'm amazed at some of the negative reviews.
The management is good. Maintenance is excellent - problems are usually fixed the next working day & priority issues (a/c for example) is done when reported even outside usual hours.
There are plenty of parking spaces, though some apartments are not as well served as others.
Prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for.
The only downside is the high number of Embry Riddle students.
We have now purchased our own home and the Management could not have been more helpful.

Embry-Riddle students support your po-dunk ghetto town...I am NOT one and even I know that if they weren't here Daytona would have nothing going for it...oh, except for the super high class NASCAR fans...
