Initially was impressed with the price and seemed to be in decent area until a woman was found murdered just to the North on Williamson. Most people I've encountered here are friendly. I've had respiratory problems since moving in here. Reported water leaking through ceiling; floor carpet were drenched. Took 48hrs to get a response!! Management is almost vicious and rude! The office workers are nice but the manager is horrible! Mohammed (maintainance) is very good and friendly.

Unfortunately was locked out of apartment once. Called mgmt for help and was told I would have to pay her $50. to come unlock my door or hire a locksmith. I could NOT understand this especially since the manager lives in the complex. Was extremely rude during the entire process. This after serving on a mission to Iraq! I know it's your off day but would 10-15 minutes really hurt' One other thing to note: on numerous occasions people entered my apartment with NO notice! Several times they opened the door! Luckily the chain was attached!! Makes me wonder those times when I was gone...

Know that they will come into your apartment when you are gone with NO notice! Also know that it may take some time to get a response for -anything- maintainance/lockouts (be ready with cash)....

Make sure you hide the halogen lamps and plants in a closet with a deadbolt, that'll protect your investment!
