The apartment complex is nothing spectacular but I never had any major issues with the management or the apartment itself. When I was on vacation the apartment above mine left the water running and ended up causing some damage to the ceiling in my kitchen. I wasn't notified until I came back, but they had repaired the problem in a timely manner. As some of the others have stated, the maintenance guys are great and very friendly. Grounds are well kept, but they like to cut the grass early and will blow the dirt/grass clippings on your car (remember not to park near the grass when theyre mowing!!). The appliances in the apartment are older, but again you get what you pay for and they get the job done. Ample parking depending on which building you get. Any of the buildings near the back have a lot of parking, and I would always have a spot in front of my apt. unless I got home really late. There were reportedly a few break-ins of cars, but they all had high priced stereo equipment in plain view (duh). I did have a nice door ding on my brand new car which I assume was purely accidental--apt told me to call the police, which I did. The police do patrol every once in a while, but could probably stop by more. Last, be sure to know what you're getting into when it comes to Race Weeks and Bike Week. If you aren't prepared you'll be stuck in traffic for hours.
