I lived here from Sept. 2004 - Dec. 2007 (3 and a half years) in two different units. Prior to Indigo I lived at Lake Forest which was absolutely terrible (noisy drunk druggie residents and the cops made many busts).
Indigo was excellent. The management was reasonable (one of them was rude but the rest were fine). Mohammed the maintenance guy was awesome. Very friendly and would fix any problems you had immediately.
Price was very good and the community and facilities as a whole was excellent. Because of its tucked away location and wooded surroundings, you felt almost like you were on your own little resort. Commute to ERAU was 8 minutes including traffic. Very conveniently close to I-95, LPGA, and International Speedway Blvd. Grounds were well kept (lawn mowers will wake you up if you like to sleep late). Pest control every month keeps the Florida bugs away.
I never heard of any break-ins but there were some cars that had stuff stolen and some motorcycles that were stolen. Parking was good.
Overall I miss Indigo... best apartment complex I ever had. You don't realize how good it is until you leave.
