Not bad for the money, Local Managment Incompetent

The apartments are decent and include washer and dryer, not bad for most college students. However, the managment is HORRIBLE. Bad attitudes, screwed up things such as contracts, payment arrangments (stay away from direct billing), funky little bills that go unexplained like the one I still have outstanding for $4 because nobody can tell me where it came from. Packages are signed for by the office by default if you're not home and end up disappearing for a few days, some return to the office mysteriously and appear to have been opened and re-sealed.
DON'T LIVE HERE! I don't know about other AIMCO properties but they can only get better.
