We have lived here 2 years and we can not wait until our lease is up so we can get the hell outta dodge! This complex is mostly college students. Which is fine when you ARE a college student. However, we were looking for a place with a more mature tenant make-up, more professional/working people. The staff at the office assured us that they had mostly working people here and that this was not a party complex. They lied. We feel like we live in a dorm. Our neighbors are loud and obnoxious. We hear every step our upstairs neighbors take. There is usually trash of some sort in the breezeway. One morning it was vomit. One morning there were condoms (open..used'') on our neighbors door. NOT what I want my 11 year old daughter to see on her way to school.

The office staff is rude and ineffective. We have complained about the noise, the parking situation (there are not enough parking spaces) and the office staff has done nothing. We tried to approach them about breaking our lease, maybe working something out, they again were rude and were not willing to work in any way with us. I was told even if my husband died and I had to move....I would still be responsible for the whole lease. Nice people, huh'

This complex allows large dogs but does not enforce their rule to clean up after your dog. There is dog crap all over the grass...even right next to the doggy-poop-disposal-can!

These apartments are overpriced. They are cheaply made and not worth the high rent. There is no security, it's noisy and the office staff is horrible. STAY AWAY!
