Staff is rude and pretentious.
One of the maintenance personel came into my apartment smelling of booze.
Homeless people lurk in the wooded areas surrounding the complex and leave trash.
Apparently cops live there but do nothing about noisy college students.
The place has paper thin walls which equals large electric bills.
They spray paint their counters which chip away after a month of use.
Way overpriced and far away from everything except walmart.

Fantastic Service, Juan's the man, NEW PROPERTY MANAGER and the service team is fantastic, they always take care of me in a timely manner.
