This place is a horrible place with a terrible crime problem. Aside from really noisy neighbors, this is a prime location to have your car stolen, burgalrized, or BOTH! In 2 months alone, my car was burglarized for $2000 worth of damage and my roommate's car was STOLEN. The apartment management denies that there is any problem with crime and they will LIE to you. Last year, a resident was arrested at gunpoint by the FBI and ATF and booked for selling several thousand dollars worth of heroin. Lake Forest covers all of this up! If you care about your safety and belongings, DO NOT MOVE TO LAKE FOREST!!!!!!
