Apartments are nice and well-maintained. Maintenence issues are addressed within 24 hours of filing. Staff is friendly and helpful, with the exception of one woman who hates college students. Courtesy officer on-call 24 hours to deal with noisy neighbors and parking lot noise. Quiet, private. Nice.
