I have only been here a short time, but so far it is wonderful. My apartment is right next the pool and the lake and the view is beautiful! We always have our windows open because it is so nice. The office staff is very friendly and always asks how the apt is and if we need anything. Maintenance does a good job keeping the grounds up. The apartments are older, they have some flaws, but are well kept so the minor problems don't bother us. Most of the people who live here are very nice, seems like a lot of students but the noise isn't bad at all. We are very happy we chose this community.
