I have lived here with my boyfriend for one year. Our lease was ready to expire and we concluded there isn't anything better in Daytona! The apartments are in good condition, and they are trying hard to make them look better. We just got brand new carpet that is wonderful. We enjoy having a washer and dryer in our apartment, even though we have the smallest floor plan. For the most part, the community is a good one. Every once in a while someone has a party, but it's an apartment so I don't expect complete serenity all the time. The pool and hot tub have always remained clean for the year we've been here. The people in the office are pretty nice, but you do have to keep on them about some minor things (needed upgrades and maintenance). Oh, the maintenance guys are nice and seem to know what they are doing.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment for just about anyone. I know how hard I looked for an apartment to find the right one. Hopefully I just made your search a little easier... :)
