I moved down here from out of state fresh out of college with only what could fit in my car. The manager bent over backwards to help me when I arrived, lent me a TV for 2 months until I got one myself, and has been nothing but helpful. If you treat the staff with respect, you will get it in return. I am on a first-name basis with the staff. They were always courteous and said hello. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it is fixed that day, the right way. I just wish they offered in-unit washers and dryers. I am very pleased with the service I get as well as what I get in return for the price. Free cable, trash and recycling, and bug spraying are very enjoyable. Assigned parking spots are real nice. Had noisy neighbors but after talking to them we came to an agreement. I would and will continue to rent from here. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
