I lived here for 3 years in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a few other friends. The price was right and they were very friendly to us. If we ever had a problem with anything we would just inform the office and within 24 hours they would come and take care of it. Unfortunately we did have a few roaches during our time there but you're right next to the water and they went away when pest control came around. Our neighbors were nice to us as we were to them. Overall its a great place for college students.
