Ok, where to start. Well, the owner is a complete jerk. No consideration for anyone or anyone's needs. His son James, is the apartment manager. He threw parties on a regular basis, his friends would get into fights on the property, he was usually wasted (drinking and the rumored drugs). He would never do any work when you needed him to do it, and when he finally would come out of his stupor enough to do it, it would be a 5 minute cobb job. The place as a whole was filled with typical daytona trash, who would get thrown out on a regular basis because the cops show up at least 3 times a day with a warrant for someones arrest or someone just stops paying rent. I personally know of 3 drug dealers in the building, and at least one apartment where a tenant leaves his dog home wailing all day long. My experience there was terrible, and I would never, EVER recommend anyone consider living here. The owner, Ron Zoske, is by far the single most inconsiderate man I have ever met. One of my neigbors was sharing an apartment with a friend there. They had a disagreement and the friend moved out. Because he was on the lease it had to be broken, and instead of allowing a renewal of the lease, Mr Zoske threw them all out on three days notice, offering no option to renew an agreement that they should have already been protected by. When they tried to fight it, he threatened to serve them with an eviction, so they tucked their tails between their legs and left. Last I heard they were stuck living in a motel room trying to figure out what to do. If your looking for a nice place in this area, try ormond by the sea, because daytona is terrible, and south daytona towers is the crown jewel of it all
