It was ok....

When my husband and I first arrived in Daytona this is the first place we moved into. Quickly we realized it was too small. Things I didn?t like were no dishwasher, only 1 closet, if you have more than just alittle bit of stuff there is no place to put it. We had to have our vacuum cleaner in the living room at all times. You had to walk into the bedroom to get to the bathroom. There was quite a few palmetto bugs. Maybe it?s different now but the "popcorn ceiling" must not have had a sealing coat of paint on it because it flaked down in the bedroom onto the bed. The stick on flooring in the bathroom peeled up. It was ok for our first apartment here and the best thing was that you could run the AC as cold as you wanted and it was included in the rent. Of course the rent was under $500.00 a month back then which was nice. I?d recommend this to single people for a starter apartment.
