Great for one person/couples.
Lived here for 2 years. And not bad at all. All was included so i never worried about the untilities (except Cable, had no use for it anyways). Use a lot of utilities and get your money's worth. The only thing bad was in my second year when the car wash machine was taken away. It was so nice to go and wash and vacuum your car for $0.50. Not sure if it is back or not. Over all, Staff was great, always helpful to me. Nice to have the monthly drawing. Which i won one time. That was really nice.
Maintenace was always there when needed if it was not today, always tomorrow. Also very friendly, and the feeling that their is safety around, "police" is a better feeling.
Nice to have a member of the Pol. Dept. living there. Sometime stange people were seen around, but they never bothered. Also, a lot of things are close by such as Publix, Super Walmart, ERAU, the Airport, Hospital and pretty much anything. Even restaurants at the Beville Plaza.
Sure do recommend it, esp. if you don't mind paying a bit more.
