If you like NOISE, Cockroaches and Drunkin' stupid College Kids... Go Right Ahead... Live there. I lived there and my neighbors were druggies.. they threw their dirty needles on my BALCONY! Loud and obnixuois noise from the street and neighbors. The Staff was unbelievable, POOR Maintenance. I had a leak from my water heater and hey did not fix it... causing it to soak the carpet and I LOST MY DEPOSIT'!'!' The Manager, she is shady, and will rip you off faster than you can say COCKROACH! Oh did I mention the BUGS! GROSS!! You dont see them when you tour the building, they run you in and out. After living there for 1 week they were coming out of the wood work. I DEMANDED they do something but nothing was done. I did not live there much longer. Can you believe the older people that put up with that cause they cant afford anywhere else. Not like it was cheap. $620 per month for a 1 bedroom. WHAT WAS I THNKING!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN AND DONT RECCOMEND ANYTHING EXCEPT TEAR THE PLACE DOWN.

Sheyla isn't very well-liked by the majority of the residents. Actually, the word I heard used to describe her was "----". Sheyla is the manager referred to in this review.
