After doing my research I decided to move into The Overlook. I found the quality of the apartment to be alot better than these newer places with paper thin walls. I really like the location and was excited that they were pet friendly. Since moving in they have had a couple of functions which was a nice way to meet my neighbors. The place has a great sense of community. There is room for improvement with the parking but it hasn't been unbearable. It would be nice too if they got a jacuzzi but I'll live haha! All in all I would recommend this apartment complex. Their rates were alot easier on the wallet than I had expected but it's worth the money to be somewhere your happy.

I did refered this apartment to my friends- I used to live there for almost 2 years and decided to move out (finally) The people in the leasing office and the care takers are disgusting- pretending they care but they really don't. I mde a big mistake of telling my friends and co workers that it was a nice place- Now I feel really bad and guilty because they moved in and not enjoying their place.
