It looks nice on the outside; even the inside of the apartments are cute- but it is all really just lipstick on a pig. If you like things like:
*staying up and partying until 6am everyday of the week,
*listening to loud motorcycles driving by (they sound like they are driving right through your apartment)
*Seeing drug dealing occuring on the property
*Listening to a bunch of drunks yelling back and forth between buildings at all hours
*Watching people set their apartments on fire (Jan. 2009)
*Roaches
*Trashy people
*A property manager (----) who does nothing but lie and does nothing to help tenants
*Parking problems
*Vandalism
*Employees of the community walking into your apartment any time they want (unless
you need something fixed- then they avoid you like the plague)
*Old units that haven't had their electrical updated in 40 years
*Lots and lots of noise- from traffic and the party people
*Living with a bunch of college kids who do drugs, sell drugs, throw rocks... etc.
(It is really more like a frat house than an apartment community)
*And let me mention again...lies, lies and more lies from the apt. manager!!!!
If these things appeal to you; then this would be a great place for you to call home.
If you are an adult, looking for a quiet safe to call home- DO NOT MOVE HERE...
YOU WILL REGRET IT. IT WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. ABSOLUTELY UNBEARABLE!

There's so many nice reviews of this community and then within a day of eachother there's two negative ones. I think perhaps someone has a personal issue. I've been here for 4 years and this description does not depict the community at all.

Ask the police how many times they are called there per week to do drug busts, quiet down parties, etc. I moved from there with NO personal grudges, just the facts! Oh, and when you do leave...make sure you document, and videotape EVERYTHING....IF you want any deposits back!

I have lived here only one year and I would not sign a lease for ONE DAY MORE. I have no idea who wrote either of these posts, but I agree with everything this person wrote. The only way a person could possibly enjoy living here is if you are part of the problem yourself. (Strippers, drug dealers, drunks, prostitutes, etc) This person is totally correct when they say that it's more like a frat house than a "luxury apartment community". I see that they finally took that ridiculous sign down...false advertising is putting it lightly.
