I have never in my life had such an awful experience. These apartments are old, poorly built with single pane glass so the noise from the bridge intolerable. I had to be placed on sleeping medication because of the noise. The ---------------- borderlines harassing any female resident she does not immediately like. I have never been hasseled, been given the run around or been treated so poorly by anyone providing service in my life let alone by a housing property. In addition, my apartment was infested with German cockroaches for the first 2 months I lived there and my shower and hot water heater did not work. The parking is ridiculous and unsafe for a female, if you park up top near the doors, the nearby laundrymat will tow your car at $250/towing. Parking below is underneath an unlit bridge where the transients hang out. There is constantly construction noise so even if you do not live on the street side you still will never get any peace and quiet. Bike week is a nightmare. The washer/dryer combo is a piece of garbage and ruined over $2,000 worth of my clothese. DO NOT live here, you will regret it.

these reviews are starting to sound more like the building i live in. for awhile i was wondering how all these gleaming, glistening reviews were getting posted, i knew it was a scheme.
